Cancellation Policy

Notification given less than two hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will result in a 50% charge of the reserved service fee. Cancellation one hour or less prior to the scheduled appointment time will result in a 100% charge of the reserved service fee. We reserve the right to charge the client general parking expenses.
